By using gurrex.es you agree to these terms. Gurrex is an online pet products retailer operating across the European Union.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are subject to product availability.
Payment
We accept payments through Stripe. All transactions are processed securely. Coupon codes are single-use per shipping address and cannot be combined.
Shipping
Shipping costs are included in product prices. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Returns
You may return unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Limitation of Liability
Gurrex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
